Drawing upon ancient spiritual traditions of how people undergo individual transformation, you will learn about three distinct styles of personal growth. Each of these styles is designed to promote greater self-awareness and to build capacity to respond constructively to life’s opportunities and challenges. You will discover which one of these three pathways of transformation comes most naturally for you, and which other two can be nurtured and developed, creating additional momentum in your personal transformation process.
The three ancient pathways are:
The Path of Perfection. Discovering what’s right about you and what’s good about life. This includes your core values and innate strengths, and learning how to apply those strengths in daily situations and challenges.
The Path of Renunciation. Understanding the mental, emotional and physical patterns that limit you. What no longer serves you? What stands in the way of you creatively expressing your talents and strengths in life? Through this pathway you will learn how to drop or let go of those limiting patterns.
The Path of Alchemy. Facing the shadow side of your attitudes, emotions, and physical drives. By working with the shadow side you will learn to re-constellate it, and you will use that energy to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your presence in the world. This path includes reframing challenges to see in them the opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as increased self-awareness.
By the end of these three days you will experience the capacity to:
- Understand and articulate the science that supports each of the three traditional pathways of transformation;
- Identify and describe your own innate pathway of transformation and how the other two pathways can play supplemental, supportive roles;
- Recognize and more fully integrate your core array of strengths and talents; and,
- Begin to transform a personal pattern of conflict which has been undermining your well-being in your personal and/or professional life.
