Featuring Mary Elizabeth Lynch and Mark Thurston
Join us November 12 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET, for this LIVE online program as Mary Elizabeth and Mark present this introductory program from A.R.E.’s Tarsia Center for Inner Transformation and Healing.
We’ll start this two-hour webinar with a short and confidential personal assessment questionnaire – in essence, asking oneself, “Where are the places in my life where I don’t feel aligned with the best of who I am? Where am I off?”
Then we’ll explore how living with authenticity is a catalyst for healing. Living in a whole-hearted way creates conditions of alignment and attunement. You will be introduced to a template from Cayce’s health readings for alignment and attunement.
- Know what you believe in.
- Practice gratitude and appreciation
- Cultivate a meditation approach that practices the attunement of mind, body, and spirit; and then set goals for daily mindfulness whenever you confront any kind of dis-ease or dis-stress in your life.
You’ll leave this webinar with a personal plan of application for living with enhanced alignment, attunement, and whole-heartedness. It will be a plan that’s your next step toward healing and wholeness in all parts of your life.
