Spiritual Entrepreneurship
If you are on the verge of creating a personal business around your gifts and talents - a business that will be grounded in your spiritual values; or if you already have such a business and you feel that you and your business are ready for a renewal and revitalization, then this course is for you.
The leaders of PTCI's new Spiritual Entrepreneur Course have interviewed a wide array of successful entrepreneurial business men and women from around the country. There is much to share from what has been gleaned from their stories, experiences, challenges and successes in creating businesses that meld spiritual ideals and talents with practical business methods. This course is based on the collective wisdom of those pioneers.
In this course, you will learn about pricing, marketing, communicating and manifesting your gifts through a business model. You will learn how to shorten your own learning curve and how to move with more ease and creativity toward building your own business - one that is based on spiritual values and sound business practices.
You will learn how to measure your successes and disappointments against your business ideal and vision. This will help you to keep all of your energies - physical, mental and spiritual - in alignment and enhance both your personal and professional success.
This experiential course is designed to help you:
- Gain a clearer vision of your thriving business in the months and years to come - what it looks like, feels like, and how you are impacting the lives of others.
- Recognize your inner and outer resources that will help you build your business.
- Experience concrete exercises and activities to enhance your personal and professional development and to connect you with your ideal and
vision for your business.
- Build a network of contacts and colleagues who share your commitment to integrating spiritual values and business practices.
- Formulate next steps for marketing your practice in an ethical, ideals-oriented way.
This course will be offered October 9-12, 2008.
The August course will be held at the home of Mary Elizabeth Lynch in the Great Neck Road and Shore Drive area of Virginia Beach.
Tuition is $449.00 for the four days. Sessions will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30p.m.each day. A 50% deposit holds your spot, and the balance is due 4 weeks before the course starts.
Course Leaders:
Mary Elizabeth Lynch, M.A., J.D., is an educator, dispute transformation specialist and attorney/mediator. For fifteen years, she ran a private law and mediation practice. She is the co-founder and president of the Personal Transformation and Courage Institute and lectures and leads workshops nationally.
Sandy Travis, M.S., M.I.A., C.P.C., is a seasoned international coach, consultant and trainer with over 25 years of experience in diverse corporate environments and international organizations. She is a Certified Professional Coach who also had a successful energy practice first in Seattle and now locally.
Suzan Thompson, Ph.D., L.P.C., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and university professor. She has a special interest in integrating complementary and alternative approaches into the counseling process. She has a private practice, using a variety of healing modalities in her work. |
